Professional background:

After graduating from CSUN Armineh got her first career related job as a Medicare-Provider Auditor with Blue Cross of California in Woodland Hills. Since then Armineh moved on to a 25+ year professional career with well-rounded experience in areas of: Auditing, Accounting, Management, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Tax, Purchasing, Vendor Negotiation, Consulting and Business Entrepreneurship, working for employers such as: Blue Cross of California (Medicare Auditor), Cedars- Sinai Medical Center (Financial Management Analyst), Medical Center of N. Hollywood (Sr. Financial Analyst/Sr. Staff Accountant), Visiting Nurse Association of Los Angeles -VNA of Los Angeles (Controller-Director of Accounting and Purchasing). In 1993 Armineh also obtained her life agent license and gave a shot at the industry for a couple of years by working with Principal Financial as well as Mass Mutual. In 1994 she went on to establish her own home based Accounting business- A.S.C. Accounting and Financial Consulting Services where she has been since!

Chair of Public Works Transportation Committee WNC: 2003-2010
As the Chair of Public Works Transportation Committee; initiated, organized, participated, worked and brought forward recommendations to the full WNC board on supporting many community beautifications and clean up projects such as: Mayor's Day of Service and Big Sunday: where funds were  allocated and  tasks were organized in order to feed hundreds of volunteers and also to help purchase trees, plants, rocks, gloves, supplies for the school campus beautification, school gardens, furniture, murals, campus clean ups, as well as residential block clean ups.

Some of the participating schools were: West Valley Occupational Center, Sunny Brae Elementary, Runny Mead Elementary, Sutter Middle School's Bridges program. Also some other projects worked on were: street resurfacing, traffic improvement, parking enforcement signs, cross walk beautification, speed limit enforcement reading equipment, placement of speed bumps and humps, business district improvement -CRA, water and power related issues and DWP-MOU oversight representation, LA River-beautification, median beautification, street banners, MTA orange line, tree adoption events through Million Tree Initiative and animal welfare-DAW, to name a few. The Committee worked very closely with various community organizations, members, city departments, officials and representatives as well as LAPD, in addressing many community related public works, beautification, safety and transportation issues.

Chair of Interfaith Committee WNC, 2007-2010
As the Chair, brought forward and appointed to the committee, leaders representing various faith organizations in the community, including Valley Interfaith Council. The committee members then had a chance to learn about Winnetka Neighborhood Council and each other. They discussed possible ways of working together to bring forward joint community outreach projects sponsored by Winnetka NC and their participating joint organizations, such as; community clean up and beautification projects, feeding the needy, youth and family outreach events and so on.
